Return & Claim Policy

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [email protected] to receive a return label and detailed instructions for how to proceed.

How to Make a Return

  • Contact us at [email protected] to receive your PDF return label.
  • We will create a DB Schenker return booking, and you’ll receive a QR code via email that can be used at any DB Schenker service point.
  • Pack your items carefully in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging).
  • Drop off your parcel at any DB Schenker service point.
  • Once we have received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund.

Please note: A return handling fee of 15 EUR will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions

  • Returns must be completed within 30 days after the return process has been initiated.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned.

According to EU law, customers are entitled to a 30-day return period for online purchases. If a product is faulty or not as described, additional guarantees may apply. Claim Policy

If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] to file a claim.
Claims follow the same procedure as returns, but the product must not be sent back before the claim has been approved.

How to Make a Claim

  • Contact us by email at [email protected] and include your order number. Attach clear photos showing the defect, damage, or missing part.
  • Our team will review your claim and inform you via email once it has been approved.
  • After approval, we’ll send you a PDF return label and a QR code for drop-off at your nearest DB Schenker service point.
  • Pack the product securely and send it back according to our instructions.
  • Once we’ve received and inspected the product, we’ll issue a refund or replacement, depending on what has been agreed.

Please note that no return fee is charged for approved claims.

Conditions

  • Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

  • The product must be in the condition it was received and not further damaged through use.

  • If the claim is not approved, the product may be returned to you at your own expense.
