Resistor 12V 25W (7 Ohm)

Used to increase power consumption when installing diode lights for, for example, indicators, brake lights, and fog lights. One resistor per lamp. The resistance in a bulb is around ~1 ohm. Therefore, the resistor needs to handle quite a bit of wattage to replace a bulb. A 21W bulb replaced by LED may need a 25W resistor to function. A resistor can get HOT, so it is recommended to mount it in contact with the car’s metal.
